Good Bye

Good Bye

A Poem by Angel Bluestocking

I said good bye
Not in your bed;
Neither in my head.

I said good bye
When you were alive.
And alive,
You were.

So I stand here now,
To say good bye.
Not because your dead,
Lying in your bed,
'Cause your forever alive
In my head.

This is quite heart-wrenching. Just a small note - should 'diseased' be 'deceased'? In any case, it is a very moving piece, full of emotion.

My uncle passed away also and he is also alive in my head. People always tell me I have to let go and learn to move on but its hard. This is a nice poem.

Sometimes we have to let go to gain peace of mind. xxx
