Friendship

Friendship

A Poem by Angel Bluestocking
"

It is the definition of Friendship to me. I wrote this during our Values Ed. Back when my friend Alyssa was still alive. *This is for her and my sisters.

"
Friendship is a gift
That is God-given.
A promise,
Of companionship.
A hand,
That helps you through.

It is the silver lighting,
Between the darkest of days.
It is the melody sung,
By those you love.
It is hard to find,
Yet easy to treasure.

Friendship is unending.
Unending, as the sky can be.

Sweet, light and simple, most poets can't negate reason, but you state it as fact, well done, good read.
