Our being

life is un predictable the gift is given to us how we use it is up to us

For all of us to be here we have been given a gift

our lives are what we make of them

the choice really is  up to you

for example if you chose to stay in bed all day

Thats what you decided to do

on the other hand if you got up and looked at what you may have been able to accomplish instead.

You see that is why you can decide

you always have a choice

our gift is to show others there is a better way, sometimes we need to be shone

For me I went through a great deal of obstacles to get where I am today.

Lifes experiences show you just what you need

But alot of times something blocks the reasoning .

I've gone to chiropractors, did some cranial sacral therapy,counciling other type of emotional relief therapy.

Believe me it didn't happen overnight.

You don't realize how stress impacts on your life.

I was hospitalized a number of times

But each time I learned that my being there was also helping other people.

Everything happens for a reason.

I have said that over and over again

people come into and out of your life just  like a revolving door.

I found out that when someone dies you can't replace that person but there is someone else out there to help you work through. life is funny that way.

I found that removing the heavy weighted baggage on my shoulders day in and day out.

I finally felt them leave me.

Which was a tremendous relief I felt I was free.

I didn't stop there,the help is there you just have to ask.

I continue searchingI believe there is no shame in asking to be guided

Believe in yourself and fight because you are worth it.

face and conquer  fears

You are number one and that is who you do it for.

Take care of you

Follow your  heart ask for guidance and keep moving in the path forward.

Find peace within.
