Dying AloneA Poem by Ange FaithMany people die in despair and alone. No one at their side. I can only imagine the feeling.Too many pieces to hold. In this darkness I am appalled. Retracing my steps I can not gather Them all . I try and go forward I can not see. Reaching for the warmness of anyone next to me. Desperation fills my soul Feeling my way through nothing To make my heart whole The pieces I must have all. But I am so lost. No one cares for me at all. How will I ever pay the cost For turning my back on every call? With broken heart in hand I walk alone in the dark. To finally find the place My heart- death demands.
