one last turn, too

one last turn, too

A Poem by andy groe

what more can be said?

let our silence

say it all.

i wish to turn once more

until the day is through,

but almost as quiet

as the tire swing itself,

the covered bench

is calling our name.

A brief affair of quickened wording and perfectly concise flow, well done, good read.
