Born Elemental Chapter 1

Book 1 chapter 1. The meeting Trid meets someone who will protect him no matter what. He found himself confused.

“Kreeesh! Kreeesh!”  Thunders was roaring loudly that I can’t even hear myself. As the sound travel from one place to another.  11:57 and I’m still awake. Luckily, its Saturday tomorrow and the biggest birthday that I will ever encounter in my whole Life.  Hurricanes and Tornadoes are forming very very far. As the clock strikes to 12:01, of course, I was still awake. I got up from my bed to go downstairs and get some freshmilk, I watched the windows. I approached for the lights switch when suddenly, a boom and the wind came inside my sleeping quarters. I quickly ran to the windows to close it as the wind hurls to the room. I found a sun pendant. I looked outside the window and check if anybody threw it there, of course, no one would ever go out with the Thunders are wandering around the sky, and besides, I don’t even want to look up the sky because I always see some odd, bizarre, familiar face of a woman, the clouds that is. The clouds are always strange to me, the woman for example. If I stare at its eyes, thunders came out growling. That’s why Mother was planning in moving out the place but I insisted.

Anyway, I examine the shiny looking gold pendant that I got a while ago. So I thought that maybe a person tried to kept this pendant in her bag and this flew at me. I went to the mirror and stared at myself. I wear the pendant, and I became dizzy.  Everything became blurry until I fell into the floor. I felt like I was levitated and a Light from the pendant was bursting out. I was still in myself. I was like possessed by a demon. The pendant vibrated and I was murming words. The windows opened and I was slowly grabbed by a hand but it more felt like it was a giant who wanted to crush me. When I was about to levitated away from the room, a man came with a unusual robe. He then uttered “ Everto Absum!” then he grabbed me and I was like in the state of dying. “Sano” the man uttered. The blurry vision was still with me. I can’t see his face for he was wearing that Hooded robe. He then left.

I woke up at the other side of the bed like nothing happened last night. Everything inside my quarters was normal like nothing happened. First thought of course is that I was dreaming, well, I don’t think so, because the pendant was lying with me in the bed. I quickly went downstairs to check if everything was still okay, but it was very quite. Weird. A glass fell. I was thinking that maybe Burglars break in the residence. I grabbed anything I can near me. I slowly walked in the Pantry. I hear lighter that were gently illuminated. Should I run and save my life ?! or should I prevent them and put them on Custody?!                                    I have to do the right thing.   

   Guess what! Mother, Father and some of my friends and relatives flabbergasted me.                                              “ Mom?!”        

“Oh! My Boy! just turned, 14!” Mom had been so grateful to us. She understands us and never take us for granted.

 

 

“ Trid Jostins “ Dad addressed.

“ You just turned to a Man my boy! I mean-“.                         

“ I know Dad.”

As I turn my head to the right, A strange white long ponytailed haired woman stared at me for a second and smiled. As she fastidiously smiled, She went upstairs. I keep up. I was wondering what she will do upstairs, so I quickly dozed off and followed her. My door room was open, that means she went in.

“This?! This Family?” She questioned my family.“ So he brought you here ?!” She chuckled.

“ Excuse me but Uhm,.. I don’t even know you, and especially you don’t know me!”

“ Oh I know you” She ran inside my room and grabbed the pendant. She laughed, I quickly chased her.

She passed out the window and FLY?! Flying?! She had these bat wings in her both hands and suddenly flew higher but she was weakening. I could still see her, she flew higher and higher but if we are talking about the light of the sun, its like nothing happens when the light faces me. Anyway, As the clouds covered the light of the sun and covered her, I couldn’t anymore see the bat-girl. I look back, I gently and slowly sat down and suddenly….

“ Kwee!” The woman squeaks and stumbles on the floor.                   

“ Carlo! I thought you were dead!” She quickly stood up. Then a man came and placed the pendant in my table.

“ Carlo, you cant do this, you just cant!”

“Oh, Yes I do Ericka!” The man pointed His sun pendant similar to the other one but his was much more simpler. He uttered the words “Per Virtutem Lux”

The woman’s smooth skin was unwrapped. And then she detonated. My father went to check me, and I thought he’ll be startled that I’m with a man whom I don’t know. But he and the man bowed to each other

“ Dad?”

“Yes, I know, you have very much to learn but I’m not the right person to elucidate the truth.”

“ The truth? What Truth”

“Youll soon find out!”

 

 

Father accompanied the man, Carlo as the bat-girl Ericka alleged.

 

I park myself in the couch waiting for a reply. I saw my Mother crying and sobbing then incline with my fathers shoulders while he was talking to Carlo. She looked at me and smiled and walked out like she never wants to see me again. Father called me, I was hoping for answers.

“ He is no longer safe here. Kaira is now anxious to her. If He is still here, he is unsecured. We’ll now be guarding him to the fullest. Kaira is eager for her return, Magnus. Tell Lisa that were leaving in 10 minutes.” Carlo spoke in a deep voice.

“ But what if we’ll move to other place, somewhere they’ll never see us? Does that work?”

I interrupted-

-“What? I’m no longer safe? Why? Is someone chasing after me?!” I questioned the two chaps.

“Where will he take me dad? Are you going to leave me?”

“ Its alright my boy, you’ll soon be happy.” Carlo interrupted.

I ran directly to Mom, and hoping that I was never born. I have to go, but that doesn’t I’m gone forever. I directly approached mom. But before I could open the door to her dormitory, I look back, I cried and I squatted like a child hoping that I was never been a person. I shouted that. And Mom uttered this,

“You’re not a Person…… You’re an Elementalist.”

I never heard Mom shouting before, but now I do. I didn’t know what to say after I heard them. I wiped my clothes with tears and then for a second…

 

 

                 I gasped.
