Black and White

Life needs contrast,

that is why we have day and night.

Each has a purpose.

Day to work and night to rest.

Seasons change,

they come and go

and with each passing season

we find, experience, create,

live, and breathe new things.

Those things create contrast in our lives.

Don’t be afraid of it, embrace it.

Make it for yourself,

don’t be satisfied with a humdrum life.

Create it, mold it,

make it for yourself, your world,

because without it you are boring

and you should be scared

of becoming that.

Contrast puts color in your world.
