The Curve

The Curve

A Chapter by Andrez Cervantes

Dear Reader,

Imagine a piece of paper - a blank canvas.

                                                                  Study it.

                                                                  Feel it.

                                                                  Want it.

It's right there in front of you. Laying on a old oak desk placed in the  middle of the woods. The weathered trees tower over. The air is full of spirit. The light piercing through and around the leaves creates wondrous hums of wisdom.

The canvas.

It draws you in. It lusts for attention and creates an overbearing mindset!? The old oak desk speaks to you. Reminiscing in its history - it creates tears in vessel. Sailing though the mind. You can only imagine what the desk might tell next.

There is something in your hand. It's strong. It's sturdy. Its smooth output creates lines that form into shapes. Shapes that form into words. Words that form into thoughts and thoughts that form into a scene.

Then, Reader, you draw The Curve.
