Follow The Words Where They Go

Follow The Words Where They Go

A Poem by Andrew N. Farrens

"
One dark night, in the Hour of The King
I was hella high
and Satan asked me for a favor
with a devilish grin as
he was chewing a green Now and Later
Somewhat making me nervous
as he was breathing harder than Darth Vader
and we all know that m**********r was a hater
A chronic bed wetter, insatiable masturbator
who can't keep a woman
because he always tries to rape her
F*****g Lucifer, dude should be castrated
straight wasted, garbage can racist
waiting to be annihilated
I turned the Jerk Chicken F****r down
for the simple reason that he was a clown
and has no business on the Westside of Stocktown
homies down pound for pound
socking 'em up, knocking them around
The f*****g Devil is a knock
and needs to keep his a*s underground
as I sit in my smoky car,
listening to the loud distorted sound.....

I love this style of yours, like your words are taking your thoughts and "socking 'em up and knockin' them around. enjoyed this one immensely-

I use to write Wild Turkey poetry. I hid them till I'm dead and gone. The poem direct and hard. Like life sometime. I like the honest tone in the words. Thank you Andrew for writing what you needed.
