Es war ein Traum (It was a dream)

This is my first poem ever written in German. It's about a boy who'd like to kiss the girl he loves, but he knows that everything he dreams of, is just a sort of illusion.

Wäre es nicht schön,
wenn wir leidenschaflitch küßten,
wie zwei Seelen in der Wüßten,
und schien im Himmel der Mond?

Wahrscheinlich würdest du nichts sagen,
und ich habe keine Lust mehr zu jagen
die Liebe, die uns vereinigen sollte.

Nun muss ich just zugeben: 
es ist nur ein Traum gewesen.
Keine Wirklichkeit, meine Illusion.
Es war ein Traum, eine dumme Obsession.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION: [Wouldn't it be nice to kiss each other passionately, as if we were two souls wandering the desserts while the moon shines in the sky? Perhaps you wouldn't say anything and I don't wanna seek for that love which should be merge us. Now I have to admit it all: it was just a dream. No reality, my illusion. It was just a dream, a stupid obsession.]
