Beauty and the Other

May I claim that
beauty differs
from
sex...

For one
is feeling,
sensual
or
fierce

The other is hidden or
revealed
according to what
appeals

So one
feels what
it feels
the other
sees what it
knows
One transcends
touch
the other
goes
where it
goes

If these two
can be
one...

One is impulse
and life
the other brings
color to
white

If only these
two
could always be
one

Than beauty
and
sex
would share a name
under this
sun.
