Where are all the birds?A Poem by en skyggeI wish I could flyWhere did all the birds disappear? I can't hear their beautiful song; We used to sing along, But now there's nothing to hear. They flew around our heads; Sometimes ate from our hands. Now they're nowhere near. We used to pretend to fly so high; Conquer the world, conquer the sky. Being forgotten was our only fear. The spring has come without the birds; We learned how it felt when your heart hurts. Nowdays our sky is crystal clear. You flew south to see birds flight; I slowely became afraid of height. Goodbye birds, goodbye my dear.
