By the time you read this

I finally decided to write something after such a long time. Hope you like it!

By the time you read this,

I will already be one with the nature.

I will find my will  to live where I don't have to speak

To be understood.

Out in the wilderness, in the wild tenderness.

Leave me be.

By the time you read this,

I will already be frozen in the snow.

I will find my happines where no man has ever wondered.

In the cold.

I can't feel a thing, yet my feelings are strong.

Leave me be.

By the time you read this,

I will be locked in my room.

Searching for cure for this misantrophy.

Unlock the doors.

I can't be alone any more.

Please, don't leave me be.

This is so good. I can totally relate to this... Sometimes we feel so heartbroken and bugged up that we just want to abandon everything , but when the realisation of being alone sinks in...we choke.... It's one of the biggest traits of an AMBIVERT... I loved it purely.😢😢😢😘

Very effective crossing out of lines. Last line a cry for change, to be noticed, to be entreated out of self, while still wanting to go on as before.

Thanks for the review. I wanted to achieve a bit of a contrast with crossing out the lines, because it's something that shouldn't be said out loud, but has to be said, you know?

Death by freezing is a reference to traditional Inuit's (Eskimos) death, where one sacrifices his life so that the others can survive. It's a pretty altruistic view of death. Thanks for the review!

This poem is beautiful. It really reflects the emotion of the will of isolation, and regretting it. The desire to be alone, to be away from it all. But once loneliness strikes even from the time you are most alone, you long for someone to talk to. Someone to connect with. This really made me feel something truly a magnificent piece. Keep it up!
