The emotions we feel towards one another,

bring us closer together,

which helps us see more of each other's colours,

resulting in our spectrums growing more diverse,

as we learn the lyrics to each other's verse.

Thus,

the selfless desire,

 to bolster their fire,

is how we express,

 we care for their best interests,

and when you become more than "just friends,"

you feel you can't rest,

 unless you bring them bliss,
