Rebecca

Rebecca

A Poem by ana

Darlin girl why must you have so many walls
Why must you be so cold
Every time you cut yourself an angel falls
Don't you know your precious and something to behold

You can't see your strong enough to endure
Can't you trust what people see in you
You don't have to be so insecure
Oh Rebecca if you only knew

Your beautiful, sweet and kind
Let go of some of your demons
Unravel yourself and become untwinned
No need for you to be silently screaming

There is greatness inside
Others love you more than you love yourself
Stand up face the world with pride
The only one that should matter now is myself
