Woop! Woop! It's exciting to read someone who's ready for the fight of their lives - and that fight can be as small as food choices or as big as ending a toxic relationship. Keep writing about the anger, I personally believe it's a healthier emotion than all the others because it will save you when tears may cloud your vision.
