life without you

life without you

A Poem by Anamika

abandoned,depressed and incomplete
where would i stand without you there
you touched my soul deep within
yet you chose to be so innocent
you are well aware of your effect on me
how you charm me to death
this death is one i would choose
your laughter and gaze mystifies me
beauty of a pure soul is your definition
you came alive from my imagination
you are my god of knowledge
my reason to smile away trouble
my feelings takes a new turn
i feel every part of me burn
don't ever go away my love
i can't imagine a life without you
or would it be a life at all
to not be able to see your smile
to not be able to look into your eyes
to not be able to hear your heartbeat
the sweetest sound there is
your warmth that i yearn for
your touch so gentle yet firm
i would be lifeless, a corpse
who breathes but doesn't live
it would be an undeserved hell
the worst punishment of its kind
please my don't ever deprive me
of your precious presence
you are my life's reason my essence
if you ever leave me
kill me first, that would be a better death
then a death of untimely suffering
please my love betray me
hate me but don't ever hurt yourself
if you have to depart from my life ever
i would want nothing but your happiness
and it would be my only means of liveliness

lost or forgetfulness is more difficult to live with them, I know this. And most of all without. Very deep thought in this. thanks.
