when i was all alone

never within reach
may that be the homey corner
or that quiet lonely beach
you were there waiting
waiting for me to finish crying
when i was with my friends
smiling and making others smile
listening to passing comments
or walking miles and miles
you were there walking
walking silently behind me
when i was with you
i kept on talking about things
all you did was smile
your smile gave me away
you were the one
i wished you would stay
but i guess moments
like these never last
a moment they are there
another they are a thing of the past..

These things happen..but we didn't realize at that point of time..
later we feel all these things..that didn't mean
short and sweet poem..
with a nice flow to it:)
