Just stay

Stay for another step with grace.

The warmth of the new day fades away,
Replaced by the cold of night,
The moon is dancing in the darkness,
With the glimpse of a shining star.

Before the day ends,
All I can say is stay.

Stay for the blooms of mornings,
Stay for the sunsets and sunrises,
Stay for the hopes and dreams,
Stay for another step with grace.

Today is hard.
I know it is easier to say than done,
To stay, but tomorrow is worth staying for.
And maybe tomorrow, the light is on the way.
