Sometimes healing appears in drinking coffee,
staring at the beautiful sky, reading your
books and breath in the cold breeze. Then
release them to the world. To heal you
need to give yourself a space. Allow your
quietest to be your companion. Yes,healing
takes time. You just need to find a way that
works best for you.
