-allowing you to feel what you feel

To determine that will...

will challenge you.

question your capability.

challenge your doubts,

your boundaries.

You will build tension in your skin.

Your muscles will contract to contain the uncertainty 

the more you hold it in.

To make determinations will lead to the source of reasons,

the source of all adrenaline.

You will break into song

and dance in freedom.

You will envision the definition

of who you are meant to be,

with no fear,

leading a life without shame.

Have a strong hold of the meaning 

of what it is to "wake up"---

with arms open in victory,

in welcoming the glorious sun;

to wake up to blissful grins of encouragement.

Grasp onto the strength of knowing what it is to wake up.
