I Finally Know

Another poem inspired by my old English teacher and the rain :)

I come home
Walk into my room
And collapse onto my bed.

My head is reeling.
The feelings I have
That I don't understand.

As I lay there
Just breathing
Taking it one second at a time.

The rain starts to fall
Falling softly in song.
The droplets hit my window

A calming sensation flows,
My heart beats
In time with the rain.

My mind works with more clarity.
I finally understand
How I feel for you.
