A Note to Self..

A poem/song I wrote 4 years ago..

If a tear can bring a moment back, I wouldn't stop crying

If a lie can change the fact, I wouldn't stop lying

I am still far away from the right way, but I won't stop trying

I will keep wiping my tears and smiling, hoping it is not too late 

I will keep on walking until I reach the light

I know that all this suffering will end one night

Then I can live my dreams and my future will be bright 

And with my smile I can open a new gate

Wonderful! I love the way the sentences rhymes at the end and then the last two sentence rhyme in each poem. Cleverly done! The moments we would all hod on to. We would do almost anything to bring them back.
