The impression

you left on me is one

you cannot see

because I've written it

and hidden it

somewhere you will never think; 

it's well within reach

yet still beneath your feet

because where else

would my words and feelings be?

Great poem concerning ones true emotions. When ones impression of you is degrading, I can see what you mean by your feelings and words being under ones feet. People will walk on you if you let them.
