he hurt me

He broke up with me over voice mail

he said it would be better to do it that way

i guess this time i fail

sitting there listening to what he has to say.

 

tears start rolling down my face

when he says"i cant do this anymore"

it's like i won last place

my heart is now forever torn.

 

he told me on the voice mail he's leaving twin

the only reason why he stayed was for me

i guess this time i don't win

i never got to see his face sence then.

 

i never got to see him one last time

i still love this guy that broke my heart into two

he said it would be fait if life brought us back together in time

i can't stop crying over you

 

he moved on

while im still singing his song.

I definitely know how that feels. But, aside from the poem, I think you'll find that time will heal, and you'll meet someone better, until he's just a fond memory of a broken heart.
