I miss you.

I miss you.

A Poem by Amanda

Whenever I see
flowers,
birds,
trees,
they remind me of you.

The colors,
bright and happy,
just like the smile on your face every time you saw us,
your grandchildren.

Your voice,
your face,
your words,
your smile,
your laughter,
forever engrained in my mind.

Every year when fall came along
and the leaves were all different colors,
it reminded me of the time you left all of us.

Although you may not be with us physically,
you'll always forever be with us in our hearts.

I love you & I miss you.
See you someday.

This really speaks to me. I'm sorry for your loss. It's very hard to lose someone, especially a grandparent. I lost my grandma 5 years ago now, and even though I didn't get very much time with her the time I did have I keep very close to my heart. Thanks for sharing!
