A little walkA Poem by amrit
By night i would walk down her street
With silence, a part of my odyssey. Though always gasped for space people around me know this about. Only reason, with my relations i'm getting apart. My soul wonders if i want to get into this again make feel someone special at a whim And find a path to trod alone, begin again. Some hearts sob some curse to relieve that pain My sins pile up everytime some eyes bring that rain. Thousand thoughts, every single ending up alike. Overwhelmed every footstep for her house The air so warm still chilling down my spine. Apprehensions not alone in this foray. Seems, street lights know my pain I see my shadow accompanying in that lane. A moment it took me to comprehend Because that shadow so bleak so estranged. In front of her house, im standing with faith Lavish house, she belongs to a different class. Late night, surprised her fully lit up room Her Man kissing, like he had her in a tainted glass. My tears rolled untill they met my boaden lips A faint smile, i whispered if i deserve this for my sins. © 2014 amritReviews
