EVERY MAN'S TALEA Poem by Shweta SunilEVERY MANS TALE By Shweta Sunil Seen but not known Heard but not shown Lost in this crowd None with a voice so loud To pull me out of this lonesome road Each step I take I fear I have none for me, none to shed a tear But that ain't gonna stop me I shall rise, rise and survive The dark men may rise from their graves, To destroy me, but my soul I shall save I am alone, but I shall fight it alone I try to listen to the song my mind sings But out in this crowd no melody it brings And one day the dark should will awaken And all these memories neither heard not taken Shall flow away from the heart of the helpless And find its way to Land Unknown Where heard it is, but also known And when these symphonies Flushed out of mine I shall find no reason to shine Still I shall rise, rise and survive And find a melody in these broken memories... © 2015 Shweta SunilFeatured Review
