secrets kept

i was broken

and all alone

but then u came

and stole my soul

we were together

better as whole

but you ran off

with someone and no-

matter what i did

i tried to stop 

stop you from making a mistake

that could not be undone

i had faith in you

and you took that away from me

when i caught you

with someone new

i didnt know

what i did

i punished myself

thinking it was all 

my fault

now this poem may not be perfect

with rhymes and rhythm 

but at least i didnt cheat

with someone new
