My Home

My Home

A Poem by Ray

And I’m happy,
that I can’t reach my home
let the abode remain
far away.
Let the pain turn into
anguish.
Let the tears roll down
and scrape off my cheek
I’ll keep striving,
appetite for happiness
be well restored.
