"Anthropoid"A Poem by amirhemA poem about fearing your own id.“Anthropoid” He cusps my breasts with his hand, Like trauma subsume my body with grand. The mere name of insanity revolts me, As He decided to undue me. Hello! Hello! Hello! Here harks anxiety’s cello! Fear! Fear! Fear! The neighborhood of paranoia and isolation. Hairs raised like another human embraces my strangeness. Yet I don’t need any comfort or any jest. I want to be boring, boring, boring…Boring! Just give my old life back! Pills doesn’t cure panic, Friends trigger every unnecessary tragic. Broken fuses is more natural than social magic, I live in life that is lethargic. I rather ebb than feel alive and nurtured, Sympathies and feelings all around like hysteria, I was lured, Into this madness electrica called Agateophobia. Hello insanity, my frequent visitor, And the latest proprietor, Precedes the retired businessman, fear, Decided to charge me double fee. The idea of heaven disseminates with the fear of hell. Frantic memory of reality as my mortality fell. Induced with this ecstasy called Trauma, ‘…!!!.?!’ © 2016 amirhemAuthor's Note
