Visions of light

Visions of light

A Chapter by Lyn Anderson

"
Transference of light
and thought
so comforting
souls transforming,
energy and matter
not destroyed;
reborn.

Creationist visions,
religions ...
born out of our
need to believe,
that after the
light,
there isn't just
dark.

The whole first stanza absolutely speaks to that part of me, that intangible part that is still, for me, strongly anchored in the tangible world.

I am thankful you stopped in.
great song by Enya...

and yes, we want to believe, need to believe there is something after, rather than just dust and darkness...but we won't know until we get there..and maybe there is nothing...feels better to believe though---

Thank you, yes. Death is certain. So sometimes we hope for the uncertain.
