You're fired. just a sign of the times an upscale Sesame Street with its politically correct children, and a slimmed down Cookie monster who eats cauliflower pate' has no use for Gordon, Bob, or Luis. It makes me feel old, It makes me feel sad. Soon Grover will be near, and go far to disappear.
The cookie monster eats cauliflower? I hope the count's still on. Jehovah witness kids can't watch sesame street because of him. That makes me love the count even more. Great poem.

I want triple filled oreo's with chocolate milk to dunk in... they can take cauliflower wtf pate and shove it...
we should want to be politically correct, we should stand against the "old white boy" institutions and values... but this doesn't have anything to do with correctness, this is stupidity (the changes to Sesame Street) no matter what name they give it...
next thing you know Kermit will be banned, he's too green and in love with a pig..OMG OMG!!! don't look kiddies... today's poem was brought to you by the number 5... y en espanol, el numero cinco, wait can't have this either, we only speak american here...
I like you poem KL... way to go...

The funny thing is, Sesame Street has all these crazy characters and Latinos, and people of all walks of life living in perfect harmony. But some exec somewhere has decided to take out all the OLD people. Ageism is ok, apparently, but everything else has to be washed with a 2016 brush. Give me a break. I feel sorry for kids today. We have gone backwards in time and made them into mini adults. All they are missing is working in the factories (oh, wait, they already do that in most of the developing world ...)
sign of the times for sure...
no need for Gordon, Bob, or Luis.
how you can be so seriously silly, i don't know.
but i love it.

and yet you have strong points. Yeah, again, it's great.
change isn't always for the better...not just on sesame street but in life...
we want to move forward, but the change has to be what works and is sensible...i feel the political aspect crying out here...thinking of this political season,

Yes. Change for the sake of change is not always a good thing. On Sesame St., or in the White House.
When I was little. Broccoli? What?
A skinny cookie monster? ??
