inspired by Corset in general, and two of her poems -- Providence,

mysteries over a coffee cup stir my spoon speaking quietly I have to listen to really hear them by fleeting softness, I have to open wide my eyes to see ... visions what the universe is trying to tell you might not be what you believe.
I feel like there's an underlying message in this, but since I'm terrible at interpretation, I'm not even going to try to interpret it...but don't get me wrong, I enjoyed reading this poem.
Sometimes, I read poems that I feel more than I understand, and this is one of those. I can't really tell if this just represents your imagination/thoughts as you hold a coffee cup or if there's more to it than that. Either way, I enjoyed this piece. I felt like the flow was very nice, and the short line breaks really added a dream-like feel in my opinion. Also, I felt like the virtual lack of punctuation really created a stream of consciousness. Well done.
