tell me about itA Chapter by Lyn Andersonjust some random afternoon thoughts
Slander -- to make false statements about someone.
Libel -- to write to defame a person's character. you can't slander a lie or libel the boogeyman. he is just a figment of my imagination, with whom I lived in the house of silent accusation, who slurped and slagged every false defamation till I crumbled under their weight. I still have the papers he wrote in his own crooked hand, and I still have the photos and the holes in the walls and the halls and in my head, the only things I didn't say are all the hurts I never said, you can't slander a lie, or libel the boogeyman. he isn't real. © 2016 Lyn AndersonAuthor's NoteReviews
