I hope, it's Jarlsberg cheese, not Cheddar cheese, for the moon, KL, which would explain the various phases of the Moon. Hmm, Jarlsberg. Now, I got myself, wishing for a grilled Jarlsberg sandwich. Sigh.

Jarlsberg has a nutty taste to it. One of my favourite cheeses, next to spiced Gouda. You can find it everywhere, KL.
