Somethings amiss

Somethings amiss

A Chapter by Lyn Anderson
"

apostrophetically speaking

"
Somethings amiss
I went to put the
apostrophe
in my morning coffee
and I couldnt find
it anywhere ...

I cant do my daily
correct'ns
without her
intervent'n
and its all unravell'd
in her absence.

and I dont give a damn
if you dont have a clue
about apostrophetic mysteries
if you dont know Frieda
I feel sorry for you.

this poem is rife with on purpose apostrophe errors and if you don't get it oh well

My oh my thank God someone said this, I don't know anyone well enough to say yay or nay but in my own "silly" way I do miss her. Miss her writing her style her persona, knowledge humour and dare I say wisdom. Even I that has 0 social skills can adhere to this sentiment.

Thankyou and a thought for her hoping that she is OK
