In the moment we become

In the moment we become

A Chapter by Lyn Anderson
"

to the very inspiring John -- aka Coyote Poetry

"
I imagine you.
Sometimes as you describe yourself. Lonely. A Drifter.
A sometimes soldier, sometimes lover.
Lines on your face and eyes deep with the pain of laughter and love.
The colour of them is irrelevant,
for revealed inside them is the colour of you.
Speaking softly.
Street poet.
Your touch is rough, but tender, hands that have lived many lives and known many palms and faces and soft inner thighs.
Hands that have known and created moans and sighs.
Lips that have known love and passion and formed words that healed and bruised and healed anew.
Not a devil.
Not an angel.
Just a man.
Who dreams in poetry.

Thanks I am so appreciative of the writer and the review.
This was the most sweetest tribute I have ever read for someone on this site . I have read some of his piece and they are works of a legend . That was very kind of you KLG to have thought about these complimenting lines .

It is amazing. Thank you for the kind words. All of us will be many things. Life teaches us. Life is good if we look for the good in the new days and welcome friendship. Thank you dear friend.

That's all I needed to hear. Thank you for your inspiration.
We become whomever we are, not merely by the musings of our parents and the hand they used to raise us, but also by the nature of the world we chose to nurture us. "Just a man
Who dreams in poetry."

That is exceptional poetry itself. You've done a fantastic job I think.

I will. And you are welcome.
I agree the first time I read one of his pieces I was taken back and I find the re enactment of his style interesting. Respect and admiration are always good things to witness to. It also worth pointing out that KL has an abhility as she is able to metamorphose into some others styles.

Not just a pretty face hey.....

Clever.
