Car wash

oh you will see

Just as I start,

A song comes on

The radio --

Can’t help but smile,

“Dirty Girl”

She has such style,

I found my earrings --

One under the seat,

Wouldn’t you know?

Had to vacuum, fix the mats,

Wipe some mysterious

Spots away --

Spray some perfume

To cover up

Your cologne --

I don’t believe I ever

Smiled, whistled and laughed

At once,

While cleaning up

My car …
