sometimes personal can get a bit overdone...it's, well, personal....and while it might be relatable, the danger is that you end up too much in your own world....which is fine (and sometimes even a good thing), but ultimately, hard to relate to.......

this is not that. this is good. the timing, the compactness, the succinct nature of what you've laid out simply resonates. if you have a pulse, this should resonate. so, yeah, i liked it ;)

I have to say you are starting to become my favorite...although I do not like playing favorites...but each time I read your work, it just freaking plows into my gut and just leaves me there, not knowing what to even say.
