binge on poetry

binge on poetry

A Chapter by Lyn Anderson
"

putting off the inevitable.

"
eating words like they
are potato chips
filling the crevices
of my mind's eye
with delectable dishes
of cleverly crafted
decadent dripping poetry.
gobbling up phonetics
like a hungry waif,
she hangs on
the edge of things
she should be doing
other than this.

Thanks. I went through a bit of a black out in dark writing after that.
You are filling the crevices of poetry with edgy things and filling hearts with lovely things. Excellent,...:).............

Thanks for reviewing.:)
Words have a sound of their own and can have a tantrum like a child if not paid attention to lol Reminds me, other things need attention, thanks for the reminder ;) x

Thanks a lot. Finally got my taxes done so I might be able to catch up in here.
I heard such poet who had been bitten by alimerick bug and had to check herself in for rehab and intervention after withdrawal symptoms kicks in . Should we abstain or perhaps consume it in moderation .
