So simply stated, yet there is lifetimes that went into each and every word. I feel the importance of these words of family, set around the dinner table, which is where I and most others would feel is the heart of the family and knowing there will be more family times to be seen around that very same table. Beautiful words KL.

Thank you. Sometimes we are so worried about "keeping the family together" we don't realize it really isn't together the way it is. I hear this all the time, and I cringe. "Bringing up kids without a dad, etc.", sometimes, when the parents are not good for each other, or to each other, the best thing to do is split.

True. Kids can have a better life in a safe and loving environment than they ever could in a hate and hurt filled one. It makes it even sadder to know that some kids know this too.

Hard sometimes to accept that empty place at the table, even harder to let go, even though it is often the only way.
