baby girl

baby girl

A Chapter by Lyn Anderson
"

for all the baby girls in my life.

"
Baby girl
your smile
still rocks
my world ---

We all remember
the first time
we met you --

The blush of
your cheeks
the blue of
your eyes
a little surprise
caught in
little white lies --

From breast
to talk walk
and all the rest
it happens in
a heart beat

Fleet feet
don't run too far
we always want
to know where

you are.

so soft and gently spoken words, whispered to those little bundles of joy and energy, from the safety of being with their Mother. Beautifully captured KL.

Thank you for reading and appreciating my soft and mushy:)
Wonderful!!! I had just read a poem from another friend on here about their child... inspired me to write one as well. My children are not here with me but I think that makes me think about them even more! Well done!
