sanity

A Chapter by Lyn Anderson
"

somewhere out there

"
out there
somewhere
is my rock
someone
to ground
me
love me
teach me
just be
instead I
found a stone
to drown me
hold me
under water
till I could not
breathe.
Let me
go.

this poem speaks to me about people's expectations and hopes in simply being loved for who they are,but sometimes, instead of the precedent happening, those close to us could hurt us in ways that really
cut deep..........thank you for sharing :)

Some people chose to drown in insanity and some can't help it...A very good poem...:).........

We all need that safe place to fall....those stones that bring us down truly zap our sanity. Nicely pen'd KL.
