it speaks to you

it speaks to you

A Chapter by Lyn Anderson
"

you figure it out

"
you go to the store
you pick it out
and wind it up
you like its shape
its form
it speaks to you
it's wild and free
you take it home
you cut it up
stretch it bend it
push it pull it
crumple it up
shove it in a box
and then get mad
at it when it talks.
