where I stand

where I stand

A Chapter by Lyn Anderson
"

"Sometimes they come back" and not in a cool Stephen King kind of way

"
I sat on the floor
making boxes
trying to put
the pieces of
my life back
together again -
and I heard your voice.
I think you said
hello.
the pieces were
torn away
and rearranged.
and now
I do not
know
where I stand.

A very confusing if not consternating little work - I think I might just post ' The Green Cube' and get my own back...

Intense. Breakups, loss... all encompassed here. I can def relate to the emotions flowing from the words.

Well said, well written.
