Thanks. I don't like posting my French, Portuguese, and Spanish poetry much because I am no good with the international keyboard. I have never figured out how to use the accents on the keyboard correctly, although I can create words with accents in another program and cut and paste. The romantic languages make for some beautiful poetry.

The french is by far the prettiest, and it is the original. However, I felt it necessary to post the translation rather than having people google it.

I think French is probably the most sexy language whether spoken or written down. Alas, when it comes to the spoken form, my brain and my tongue refuse to co-operate. A truly delightful little gem. Having read it and consigned it to memory, I see cornflowers, poppies, daisies and violets but hey, I can't hear anyone laughing ...N
