Transformations

There is a point in life where everything changes,
Bright sunset's dull themselves and sink into a yellow-grey sky.
Sometimes its gradual and other times life weighs you down like a hiking pack filled with rocks,
Sudden and stark.
the soft edges on our life's picture sharpness,
everything is clearer! More than ever!
But as the picture sharpens and the blended edges come into focus, your eyes strain themselves.
Life makes more sense! The secrets kept from you are gone and everything comes into full light,
but then you begin to miss the soft edges, the ignorance and bliss of childhood.
The simpleness of life before now disappears into thin air,

As childhood slips away slowly you begin to feel everything more than you ever before,
