Everything (but) Me

Everything (but) Me

A Poem by ambur

He has a smile worth mentioning,
Like the wind but stronger.
He has eyes worth gossiping about,
Like a sunset but more alluring.
He has a voice worth hearing,
Like a song but more hypnotic.
He has the touch worth feeling
Like perfection but more necessary.
He has everything worth wanting,
Everything, but me.

He has the touch worth feeling

Speaking of perfection . .

He has a touch worth feeling

Is just that, perfection.

There is a beautiful sense of wonder here.. a desire for someone who seems so perfect.. and yet.. this one missing aspect. You create a moment and feeling not soon forgotten.
