Facade

Facade

A Poem by ambur

The facade you see, the person you love
It is not whom you think it is.
For I have faults and tears and pain
It's just, I'm the best at building walls.

The facade you see, the person you love,
It's a mask I wear with confidence.
For I have scars and wounds and fears
It's just, I'm the best at falling apart.

Reminds me a lot of one I knew:(

Great start! I think that it covers a lot of ground in two stanzas. It is definitely worth considering more of the contradictions in further stanzas.
